Breakthrough achieved with mRNA vaccine against melanoma in USA
Positive results from clinical phase 3 studies for a personalized mRNA-based therapeutic approach against melanoma have been reported in the USA. The drug intismeran is not yet approved as a vaccine and is currently still under investigation. The results nonetheless represent an important advance in cancer research.
