Britain: Record 752 Migrants Cross English Channel
British authorities recorded the arrival of 752 migrants on Wednesday who crossed the English Channel in small boats – the highest daily total of 2026. The migrants were in nine inflatable boats, with four persons found dead. The previous annual record was registered on June 15 with a lower number.
