Britain: Record Debt in Energy Costs
British households are accumulating record debts in energy costs, with total debt reaching 6 billion pounds (8.18 billion dollars). The regulatory authority Ofgem will announce this week an increase in the electricity price cap by 4 percent to a three-year high.
