Building material prices rise 3.33% in July
Prices for building materials in Cyprus continued to rise in July 2026, with the strongest increases in metal products, electrical materials, plastics, and wood products. The building materials price index showed a year-on-year increase of 3.33% compared to July 2025, with price increases exceeding 6% in basic categories.
