Building Permits in Cyprus Rose by 44% in First Quarter
Construction activity in Cyprus recorded a significant increase in the first quarter of 2026, with building permits rising by 44.1 percent compared to the previous year. In total, 2,276 building permits were issued from January to March, compared to 1,580 permits in the first quarter of 2025.
