Businessman detained on fraud suspicion in Larnaca
Cyprus's court of appeals rejected the appeal of a 44-year-old businessman against his remand in custody. The man is accused of stealing tens of thousands of euros from an elderly person. The court upheld the original decision of the Larnaca district court and referred the case to trial before the jury court.
