Canada Joins Eurovision 2027 – Premiere in Bulgaria
The European Broadcasting Union announced that Canada will participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2027 for the first time. This is the first time a new country has joined the competition since Australia's entry in 2015. Canada will compete in the semi-finals and make its debut at the 71st Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in Bulgaria.
