Castlelake Approaches EasyJet Takeover
EasyJet shares posted a significant increase of 10.5% on Monday following a preliminary agreement with American investment firm Castlelake on a takeover valued at $5.5 billion. The British low-cost airline and the US private equity firm have advanced their takeover negotiations.
