Cause of death of 75-year-old Erato Athanasiou remains unclear
The body of 75-year-old Erato Athanasiou, who had been missing since August 23 from the Tsakistra municipality in Nicosia, was examined at Nicosia General Hospital following a forensic autopsy. The autopsy revealed no bone injuries but could not determine the cause of death. A forensic pathologist collected samples for histopathological and toxicological testing to clarify the cause.
