CERA Demands Clarifications on GSI Takeover by Meridiam
Cyprus's energy regulator CERA is awaiting explanations from electricity grid operator ADMIE regarding its role following the French investment group Meridiam's acquisition of a majority stake in gas company GSI. CERA President Poly Lemionari told the parliamentary energy committee that questions have arisen during the analysis of the agreement that need to be clarified in accordance with European regulations.
