Challenge to Parliamentary Election Result in Nicosia – Recount Decisive
Anastasia Anthoussi filed an objection with the Electoral Court against the results of the parliamentary election in Nicosia. The objection concerns a recount at a polling station in the Nicosia district and affects a seat that was awarded to ΔΗΣΥ but went to Paphos following the recount – with a difference of only five votes. The accuracy of this recount could change the distribution of seats.
