English football club Chelsea announced on Wednesday its pre-tax loss of 262.4 million pounds in the 2024-25 season - the largest annual loss of any English club. This exceeds Manchester City's previous record loss from 2010-11 of 194.9 million pounds. The record loss occurs despite rising total revenues of 490.9 million pounds.
