Chemical accident at US factory: Two dead, 19 injured
A chemical accident at a silver processing factory operated by Catalyst Refiners in West Virginia has claimed two lives. The incident occurred Wednesday morning around 9:30 a.m. in the town of Institute, as workers were preparing to shut down the facility. A total of 19 additional people were taken to the hospital. The exact cause of the leak is currently under investigation.
