Child abused and dunked in icy water in the USA
In Sunset Beach, North Carolina, a seven-year-old girl was the victim of severe abuse. A 38-year-old man from South Carolina allegedly hung the child upside down and dunked her in frozen water while the mother was present. A witness called police and managed to stop the incident on Friday.
