Child Must Return to Croatia - Appeal Dismissed
The Supreme Court rejected a mother's appeal after she brought her child from Croatia to Cyprus. The Family Court in Nicosia had already ordered the minor child's return to Croatia in December 2025. The mother challenged the decision with 13 grounds of appeal but was unsuccessful.
