Children Aged 14 and Older in State Care Using Drugs – Minister Warns
Parliament's Human Rights Committee was informed of significant deficiencies in state care for children. Minors aged 14 to 17 were admitted to closed programs due to cocaine and crystal meth use, and serious delinquency incidents and repeated escape attempts from care facilities were reported.
