"Christ of the Abyss" in Italy undergoes restoration
The famous bronze statue "Christ of the Abyss" in the Gulf of San Fruttuoso in Italy underwent maintenance work to protect one of the world's most important underwater monuments. The statue, installed at a depth of 18 meters since 1954, is managed by the Italian authorities for archaeology, fine arts and landscape protection of Liguria.
