Christodoulides calls for unity and resistance against occupation
President Nikos Christodoulides issued an Easter message of unity, faith, and perseverance to the nation, as well as a clear political message: the Greek-Cypriot side will never accept the occupation and remains committed to the goal of liberation and reunification of Cyprus. The Easter message combined religious, national, and political symbolism and emphasized the need for solidarity and responsibility.
