Christodoulides: Commission drafts response plan for Article 42.7
EU leaders agreed Thursday night that the European Commission will prepare a response plan for cases in which a member state activates Article 42.7 of the EU Treaty. President Christodoulides described this as a significant step toward operational implementation of the mutual defense clause.
