Christodoulides expects announcement of expanded Cyprus conference soon
President Nikos Christodoulides announced that the announcement of an expanded meeting on the Cyprus problem will take place shortly. The meeting is to include both sides of the island, the three guarantor powers (Greece, Turkey, United Kingdom) and the United Nations. The president also expressed the expectation that Turkish-Cypriot leader Ersin Tatar will address challenges from actors who could jeopardize peace efforts.
