Christodoulides must decide on enforcement laws today
President Nikos Christodoulides has until today to sign twelve financial laws, return them to Parliament, or challenge them before the Supreme Court. These laws concern enforcement, insolvency frameworks, sureties, and a body for out-of-court settlement of financial disputes. The 15-day deadline expires today.
