Clerides Lawyers Challenge Device Seizure
The legal representatives of Nicos Clerides have filed a complaint against the seizure of his electronic devices and are preparing an appeal to the Supreme Court against the search warrant used in searches of his house and office. The lawyers have filed complaints with multiple authorities, including the Data Protection Commissioner and GRECO.
