Coastal Erosion Threatens Beach in Coral Bay
The popular bathing beach Coral Bay in Paphos is afflicted by severe coastal erosion, with sunloungers reduced by half. According to the mayor of Akamas, Marinos Lambrou, this phenomenon occurs every 10 to 15 years due to winter storms and strong waves, with the last similar event occurring several years ago.
