Cocaine trial: dispute over mobile phone evidence
In the ongoing proceedings against Giorgos Christodoulou before the court in Nicosia, prosecutors and defense dispute the admissibility of telephone conversations as evidence. Christodoulou is accused of importing 15 kg of cocaine with intent to sell. He was previously convicted in 2022 of possession with intent to sell.
