Colgate sued in USA over misleading children's mouthwash
A US federal court has announced that Colgate-Palmolive faces two class action lawsuits. According to the allegations, the packaging of children's mouthwash misleads parents that children under 6 years old can safely use the products. A judge previously dismissed a similar lawsuit.
