Collapse victim lived under miserable conditions
A friend of the 27-year-old Nigerian man killed in the collapse on Saturday described the "horrific" living conditions in the property and claimed the landlord had ignored repeated safety warnings. The deceased, known as Stanley, lived in an apartment with holes in the ceiling and other serious structural defects.
