Comprehensive GeSY Health System Reforms Planned from 2027
The General Health System (GeSY) will undergo comprehensive reforms in the coming year, including changes to hospital bed allocation for specialist treatments and a new rating structure for general practitioners. The Health Insurance Organization (HIO), represented by General Director Ifigenia Kammitsi, confirmed its openness to implementing reform proposals.
