Comprehensive Program Against Wildfires
The government is introducing a holistic system for prevention and firefighting of wildfires in Cyprus. The program combines 31 automatic detection systems, drones, surveillance balloons, controlled grazing, and biomass burning with strict operational coordination and cutting-edge technology to improve forest protection.
