Concerns over severe pruning of historic palms in Larnaca
The historic palms on the Finikoudes promenade in Larnaca have become a cause for concern after they were severely pruned. Dr. Marios Kyriazis shared in a social media post that the Washingtonia robusta palms were planted 106 years ago by his grandfather Neoklis Kyriazis and therefore hold personal significance.
