Constitutional Court Declares Compensation Law Unconstitutional
The Constitutional Court has ruled a parliamentary law referred by President Christodoulides for review as unconstitutional. The law was intended to provide financial compensation to municipalities near the Dhekelia Power Plant but violates the constitution.
