Construction Costs in Cyprus Rise Again in July
Prices for building materials in Cyprus continued to rise in July 2026, reaching an index of 123.00 points (base 2021 = 100). The increase was mainly driven by price increases in electrical components, plastics and aluminium products. This continues the ongoing trend of rising construction costs.
