Construction costs rise again on Cyprus
Prices for building materials on Cyprus increased in June 2026, driven by significant increases in aluminum, plastics, and electrical components. The building materials price index reached 122.74 points (base year 2021 = 100) and rose 0.55 percent compared to the previous month.
