Construction industry calls for building inspections and new laws
The Association of Cypriot Real Estate Developers is calling for regular technical inspections of buildings and the passage of laws concerning dangerous buildings. The association proposes a system similar to vehicle inspections, in which buildings would be regularly checked to identify structural defects.
