Construction prices in Cyprus rise by 3.12 percent
Prices for construction materials in Cyprus rose 3.12 percent in June 2026 compared to the previous year. The price index for construction materials increased to 122.74 points (base year 2021), with a monthly increase of 0.55 percent. In the period January to June 2026, the overall increase was 1.62 percent.
