Construction Prices in Cyprus: Upward Trend Continues
The construction production index rose by 9 percent in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the previous year, according to the Cypriot statistical office Cystat. The production index reached 135.02 points based on the reference year 2021. The ongoing price increase in the construction sector thus continues.
