Construction Waste Control Not Until 2027 - Illegal Disposal Continues
Owners of construction waste containers can continue to dump construction waste and bulky items in open spaces, streams, and riverbeds without penalty. The government plans only in the first quarter of 2027 to introduce a regulation establishing a unified control platform for skip owners. Until then, illegal disposal remains effectively uncontrolled.
