Consumer protection: No unjustified price increases in supermarkets
Aliki Iordanou, head of the competition department at the consumer protection authority, confirms that there have been no unjustified price increases in supermarkets since the outbreak of the Middle East conflict earlier this month. The authority monitors 45 categories of basic supplies, with prices remaining stable in 33 categories.
