Controversial Annulment of Investor Visas
The state has revoked passports of foreign investors who illegally obtained Cypriot citizenship according to the Nikolaou report. However, serious questions now exist regarding the correctness of these annulment efforts. A businessman recently achieved a victory before the Administrative Court, which annulled the revocation of his citizenship.
