Convicted land fraudster extradited to Israel
75-year-old Shimon Aykut, convicted of unlawfully appropriating Greek-Cypriot properties in occupied territories, has been extradited to Israel to serve his remaining sentence there. Justice Minister Costas Fytiris granted approval for the transfer and processed the request immediately after taking office.
