Convicted Murderer Released from Prison by Presidential Pardon
Charalambos Chrysanthou, known as Hamburger, was released after approximately six years in prison through a presidential pardon and suspended sentence. The man had served a 35-year prison sentence for multiple attempted murders and was previously convicted of rape. He was sentenced by judgments from both the Larnaca and Famagusta criminal courts.
