Corpse Stored Over 1000 Days in Pafos Mortuary
An audit report from the control authority revealed that a corpse in the mortuary of Pafos Hospital was stored for 1,040 days (almost 3 years) instead of the prescribed 30 days. Since 2023, there have been complaints about decomposition odors, body buildup, and poor hygiene conditions without corrective measures being implemented.
