Countdown for Sale of Non-Performing Loans - Advisory Tender Announced
The Cyprus Mortgage Bank (OXS) has initiated a tender process to appoint a consulting firm to conduct studies for the sale of a portfolio of non-performing loans. The sale is expected to take place in late 2027 or early 2028.
