Court Accepts Evidence in Trial Against Avakoum Monks
The Nicosia Criminal Court decided that no separate procedural phase regarding contested evidence (photographs of objects including cash) is necessary. The photographing of the objects took place after the monks' departure from the monastery, therefore their rights were not violated.
