Court Allows Kakos Lawsuit Against Arrest
The Supreme Court has given the green light to real estate businessman Savvas Kakos to file an application to challenge his arrest warrant from July 27. Kakos was arrested in eleven cases in which numerous individuals claim to have been defrauded by the Greek-Cypriot businessman.
