Court Condemns State: €100,000 for Families of Missing Persons
The Supreme Court found that the Cypriot state had not adequately investigated the disappeared from 1974. The families of Loizos Hadjigeorgiou and his son Giorgos from Strongylos in Famagusta are receiving €100,000 in damages for human rights violations.
