Court confirms legality of house search
The Supreme Court of Cyprus has rejected an application to annul a search warrant and confirmed the legality of the action. The search warrant from May 20, 2025 was issued against two individuals from Nicosia in connection with investigations into serious incidents involving approximately 50 masked persons at an association. The court confirmed that the warrant was properly justified and based on reasonable suspicion.
