Court Confirms: Separated Spouse Allowed to Enter Marital Home
The Cypriot court of appeals has confirmed the acquittal of a separated spouse who had been accused of unlawfully entering a house in Prodromos. The court found that the woman continues to have the right to use the property and no malicious intent to harass the complainant could be proven. The private criminal proceedings were initiated in 2021 against four people.
