Court Increases Compensation for 2010 Workplace Accident
The Supreme Court increased compensation for a former quarry worker who was injured at work in 2010 from 50,000 euros to 80,000 euros. The court confirmed that the employer was solely liable for the accident and awarded an additional 15,000 euros in damages for loss of earning capacity.
