Court Keeps Investigation Results in Stylianos Case Confidential
The Nicosia District Court rejected on Thursday a defense motion for full disclosure of investigation results in the case of 14-year-old Stylianos Constantinou. Judge Pavlos Ayapitos justified the decision stating that full publication of the results would pose a serious risk. However, the court ordered that all evidence must be handed over to the defense.
