Court Nullifies Delay in Citizenship Application
Nicosia District Court has ruled unlawful the inaction of the Ministry of Interior regarding a citizenship application for the child of a Turkish-Cypriot mother and Turkish father. The court found that authorities failed to process the application within a reasonable timeframe.
